Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AllSIM. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for our products and services.

1. All Prepaid Services Are Non-Refundable

All eSIM purchases, activations, data plans, and prepaid refills are strictly non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Prepaid eSIM data plans
  • eSIMs with phone numbers
  • Unlimited or limited data packages
  • Top-ups and refills for existing lines
  • Carrier-based prepaid services (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Cricket, H2O, etc.)

Once a QR code has been delivered, or the refill request has been processed, the service is considered consumed and cannot be refunded.

2. Reasons Why Refunds Cannot Be Issued

Due to the nature of telecommunications, we cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect purchase (wrong plan, number, or carrier)
  • Device incompatibility (locked device, unsupported model, etc.)
  • User error when scanning or installing the eSIM
  • Poor coverage or network performance in a specific location
  • Failure to read plan details before purchase

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a system error
  • The service could not be delivered due to an internal technical failure
  • All approved refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Refund processing time is up to 15 days from the moment your request is reviewed and accepted.
  • Orders are no longer eligible for a refund after 5 days from the date of purchase, regardless of activation status.

These cases are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Before purchasing, customers must:

  • Verify that their device supports eSIM
  • Ensure the device is fully unlocked
  • Read the plan details, limitations, and coverage areas
  • Check carrier compatibility
