Activating your AllSIM eSIM is simple. Follow one of the methods below depending on how you received your eSIM:
1. Activation via QR Code
Most eSIMs are delivered via QR code. To activate:
- Scan the QR code you received by email.
- Follow your phone’s prompts to add a new cellular plan.
- Once installed, select the eSIM as your active line.
2. Activation via Carrier Pop-Up
Some carriers provide an activation pop-up on compatible devices:
- Open your device settings for cellular or mobile plans.
- Tap the notification or pop-up from your carrier.
- Follow the prompts to install and activate the eSIM.
3. Activation on a Different Phone
You can activate the eSIM on a different device:
- On the new phone, open Settings > Mobile / Cellular.
- Scan the QR code received from AllSIM or the carrier.
- Complete the installation and select the eSIM as active.
Tips & Notes
- Ensure your device is unlocked and supports eSIM.
- Keep the QR code safe — do not share publicly.
- Restart your device after activation if the network does not appear immediately.
- For multi-line phones, select the correct eSIM for calls or data.
